Personal Training
One-on-one sessions tailored to your goals. Nutrition plans and accountability included.
Nutrition
Custom nutrition plan, goal setting, and accountability. You can expect to lose weight, gain lean muscle mass, and learn healthy habits.
Group Coaching
Group classes delivered at an RxFIT location. You can expect to see cardio, calisthenics, and weight lifting movements.
Remote Coaching
Workouts delivered to you remotely every day to perform at-home or at another gym. You can expect cardio, calisthenics, and resistance training.
Weightlifting
A strength program designed to dramatically improve and strengthen one’s overall body mechanics, power-output, force production, explosiveness, core stability, and mobility by utilizing and perfecting technique in olympic lifts, power lifts, odd-object training, and functional bodybuilding.
Calisthenics
Body-weight fitness + stretching. You can expect: push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, rope climbs, handstands, and lots of mobility work.
Conditioning
Marathon, triathlon, Spartan, Hyrox, and other endurance training. Accomplish any endurance goal with this conditioning program.
Competition Prep
Preparation for any athletic event or competition. You can expect more volume and more intensity in your workouts.
