Habits: Pull and Push

Every problem in life has been solved by someone before.

This is why I believe so much in coaching.

The best coaches have traversed your problems before and learned the steps. They not only help you stay focused, but they guide you along the way.

But coaches pull. You need teammates to push.

A community of like-minded individuals make the best teammates. They support you when life comes crashing down, but they also depend on you when their life does the same.

For me, I have this in my business. I have a mentor who operates multiple gyms in New Jersey and New York. He’s gone through the same problems I’m now facing.

Additionally, I’m apart of a larger community of gym owners called “Farmers.” They all own or operate micro gyms. They support when when I need them and depend on me when they need me.

Pull and push.

You need both to achieve your goals.
