Let’s get to the point…. why would you invest your time and money on PERSONAL TRAINING?

At RxFit we are centered on COACHING.  We are 100% committed to providing you the best experience every time you walk through the door.  Our group classes are awesome, but I am here to tell you that personal training will get you to your goals faster.

5 REASONS WHY PERSONAL TRAINING IS AWESOME:

  1. Individual attention:

You will have the undivided attention of your Coach.  This might sound intimidating to you BUT you can work with the Coach that does your group classes so you are familiar with them and they know what you need because they watch you move in class.  If you have injuries or limitations your Coach can help  you know how to accommodate and recover faster and better. 

2. Work on skills:

Snatch, Cleans, Pull Ups, Rope Climbs…. you know there are thing that you want to learn or get better at that you don’t get time to learn in class.  This is the time to learn those things!

3. Set realistic goals:

Talking to a Coach one on one is key to setting realistic progression goals for your physical gains AND your nutrition.  A Coach can help you see where you can tweak your daily habits in order to help you get to your goals faster, create positive lifestyle changes, and determine how you can create sustainable habits

4. Accountability:

Let’s face it… 1 PT session will probably not do the trick.  My recommendation is that you have a one on one with a Coach on a weekly basis.  As you do this, you and your Coach will create a routine where you talk about your weekly bright spots, discuss things to improve on, and what the plan is for the following week.

5. Make your group classes better:

During your training session you and your Coach can discuss what you can focus on when you are in group class.  Your Coach will follow up and make sure you are attending classes regularly and provide feedback to your group class Coach so they are aware of any concerns or goals you have.  Our Coaches work together to make your RxFIT experience the best.
